RUBICON FLOAT CLUB SUBSCRIPTION
The Rubicon Float Club is a monthly recurring subscription. You can cancel your Paid Services at any time after the third month. If you purchase a subscription to Paid Services that automatically renew monthly, you may cancel the subscription any time at least three days before the end of the current billing period and the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period, except as otherwise communicated to you by Float Rubicon Inc. You will retain access to the Paid Service from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period and will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period. Subscription fees paid are final and non-refundable.
- Renewal: Your subscription will be processed monthly and will automatically renew when it expires every month on the same day.
- Commitment: There is a three-month minimum commitment. Your subscription becomes month-to-month after this period.
- Sharing: You may designate one other person to share your credits with. You may change the designated person once every three months.
- Pausing: You may pause your subscription for up to six months.
- Cancellation Notice: You must give notice that you wish to cancel three days before your next billing cycle, or you will be charged for an additional month.
- Expiration: Remaining credits become unavailable 90 days after receipt or after the termination of the subscription.

The Rubicon Massage Club is a monthly recurring subscription. You can cancel your Paid Services at any time after the third month. The Rubicon Total Wellness Club is a monthly recurring subscription. You can cancel your Paid Services at any time after the third month. If you purchase a subscription to Paid Services that automatically renew monthly, you may cancel the subscription any time at least three days before the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Paid Service from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period. Subscription fees paid are final and non-refundable.
Note: Total Wellness members are strictly bound by the hygiene rules regarding hair dye and tattoos outlined in the "Eligibility" section below.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY
Float Rubicon Inc is committed to providing exceptional service. To ensure fairness to all clients, we require the following:
Cancellations:
- Float Services: We require no less than 12 hours' notice for canceled appointments. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a $25 fee.
- Massage Services: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not call to cancel or reschedule within this time frame, we will charge the full price of the massage.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment with no notice given, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the appointment or mark your certificate/membership credit as used.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment (10 minutes early if it is your first visit). If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will likely have to reschedule your session to avoid impacting the next guest. If you are 5 minutes late and have not called us, we reserve the right to release your room to walk-in clients.
PRICES
From time to time, we may need to increase the price of the Rubicon Club subscriptions. We will give you at least 1 full months’ notice of any incoming price increase. If you do not terminate the subscription by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your subscription will be increased in accordance with our notice.
ELIGIBILITY AND DAMAGE TO FACILITIES
Use of Float Rubicon Inc facilities is a privilege. Access to the Rubicon Clubs is not an automatic right; it is a benefit for community members who follow our rules. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or membership at our reasonable discretion if:
- You breach these terms;
- You act in a way that causes harm, harassment, or disturbance to staff or other members; or
- You damage our facility.
Financial Responsibility: You are financially responsible for any damage you cause to the premises or equipment due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow our rules. This specifically includes contamination of float tank water via recent hair dye (last 2 weeks), tattoos (last 4 weeks), or bodily fluids. If you damage the equipment or contaminate the water, you agree to pay the full cost of restoration (including replacement Epsom salt).
If we permanently terminate your account, all recurring memberships will be suspended, and you will no longer be charged for those services.
