COUPON AND GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms apply to the use of Promotional Coupons/Vouchers and Purchased Gift Cards at Rubicon Float Studio. By purchasing or using a voucher, coupon, or gift card, you agree to these terms.
1. PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT VOUCHERS & COUPONS
1.1 General Terms
These terms apply to "Promotional Discount Vouchers" (coupons, discount codes, or vouchers issued without full monetary payment). The specific details of the discount will be set out in the description of the specific promotion. Our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Terms of Use apply to any orders placed using a Discount Voucher.
1.2 Acceptance
By confirming your order using a Discount Voucher, you are accepting these terms and conditions. If you have any queries regarding these terms, please contact us before ordering.
1.3 Redemption
You must present the physical coupon or digital code at the time of your appointment. Generally, Discount Vouchers can only be used for one order per person/account and cannot be used retroactively for past purchases.
1.4 Exclusions and Stacking
Only one Discount Voucher can be used per person/account per visit. You cannot use a Discount Voucher in conjunction with any other sales discounts, package pricing, memberships, or promotional offers unless the specific terms of the promotion state otherwise.
1.5 Expiration of Promotional Vouchers
Unlike purchased Gift Cards, Promotional Discount Vouchers do expire. The expiration date will be stated on the voucher or the promotional material. You cannot use the Promotional Discount Voucher after this date. If no date is specified, the voucher is valid for 30 days from issuance.
1.6 No Cash Value
Promotional Discount Vouchers have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
2. PURCHASED GIFT CARDS
2.1 Definition
"Gift Cards" refer to prepaid cards or certificates purchased for monetary value from Rubicon Float Studio.
2.2 No Expiration Date
In compliance with Washington State Law (RCW 19.240), Gift Cards purchased at Rubicon Float Studio do not expire. However, Gift Cards issued purely for charitable or promotional purposes (where no money was exchanged) may have an expiration date listed on the card.
2.3 Fees
There are no inactivity fees, maintenance fees, or service fees associated with our Gift Cards.
2.4 Redemption and Cash Value
Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise and services only and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. In Washington State, if your Gift Card balance is less than $5.00, you may request to redeem the remaining balance for cash.
2.5 Lost or Stolen Cards
Please treat your Gift Card like cash. Rubicon Float Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
3. GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1 Hierarchy of Terms
To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and our other policies, the following order of precedence will apply:
- Product/Membership Terms and Conditions of Sale;
- Coupon and Gift Card Terms and Conditions;
- Website Terms of Use;
- Privacy Policy.
3.2 Right to Vary Terms
We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and changes in our system's capabilities.
3.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of King County and Kirkland, Washington.
